The Greenroom was designed for early career professionals to explore all parts of the events industry, but you don't have to be twenty-five to be green.

You just have to be curious. The person who's never stood in an A/V warehouse, never watched a booth get built, never seen how a hotel actually runs an event from the loading dock up. That's who The Greenroom is for.

This is Club Ichi's education program, built on field trips instead of panels. We take you behind the scenes and put tools in your hands. Real warehouses, real install crews, real ops teams who will show you exactly how their corner of the industry works.

What we do in The Greenroom:

• Tour hotel operations from the loading dock to the ballroom, with the ops team who makes it happen

• Installing vinyl on-site for an experiential activation, hands on the material

• AV 101 inside a working warehouse: the gear, the setup, the live demo

• Watching (and helping) a booth get built from crate to reveal

If it happens in this industry, it's fair game. Nothing's off limits; if you can dream it, we can probably find someone willing to open their doors and show you how it's done.

How it works: Welcome and intro, behind-the-scenes tour, a hands-on demo or activity, an AMA with the team at every level, from the new hire to the person who's run the place for twenty years, then networking.

You leave knowing more than you walked in with, every time.
